01 / Outliyr for Coaches

A full practice runs on proof your clients can see.

Where do the next ten clients come from? The same place the current ones stay: results they can watch moving. Outliyr sends prospects to your discovery call already assessed, shows every client their progress against their own baseline, and ends each engagement with a graded before-and-after that closes the renewal and brings the referral in. When someone drifts toward the 90-day cliff, you know before the cancellation email does.

Built by Nick Urban: 14+ years of structured self-testing, 270+ expert interviews on the High Performance Longevity podcast, and the same experiment engine that runs the Outliyr platform.

02 / The pipeline loop

One engine works every stage of your pipeline.

Ask a coach what keeps them up at night and you'll hear the same two answers: where the next client comes from, and why the last one quietly left at month three. Both problems have the same root: nobody could see the results. Make the results visible and the pipeline starts feeding itself.

01

Land: prospects arrive pre-sold

Share one baseline assessment link on your site and socials. Prospects show up to the discovery call already assessed, with an Energy Index and a primary constraint on screen. You walk them through their own data, and the walkthrough closes the call for you. Your booking link sits right on their results page.

02

Keep: renewals defended early

Logins falling, check-in streak broken, trial stalling: the pattern of a client checking out shows up weeks before the cancellation email. The churn radar surfaces it while one conversation can still save the relationship. At a typical $300/mo engagement, one saved renewal covers your software for the year.

03

Multiply: referrals with receipts

With your client's consent, a finished engagement becomes a graded before-and-after like the one above. That single artifact is the renewal pitch, the referral ask, and the testimonial with evidence behind it. Each one feeds the top of the loop, generated from coaching work you already did.

03 / The five-minute Monday

Every client, triaged, in under five minutes a week.

You don't have time to read every client's dashboard, and you shouldn't have to. The system watches the data and hands you the exceptions, each with the next action attached. Open any client from the queue and the 30-second read is waiting: every metric against their own baseline, plus a pre-session brief that compresses what changed since you last spoke into one page.

  • Ranked queue of clients who need you, with the reason on each row
  • Per-client deltas vs their own baseline, so progress reads at a glance
  • Pre-session brief with a suggested agenda before every call
  • Red flags surface from shared data only, on the client's terms

04 / Assign, track, verdict

Assign the protocol. The platform proves what it did.

You pick the intervention and the client says yes. Outliyr designs the structured trial around it: a baseline window, target metrics, watch metrics for effects nobody predicted. It tracks adherence from the client's own logs while the trial runs, then returns a graded verdict on their numbers. This is the part no practice-management tool can touch, and it's where every proof asset on this page comes from.

  • Assign an experiment in a few taps; the trial design is automatic
  • Adherence tracked from the client's own logs, without nagging
  • Graded verdicts on their data: confirmed, inconclusive, or refuted
  • Refuted results carry equal weight, so clients stop spending effort on what their data says isn't moving them

05 / Pricing

Choose the size of your practice. Every plan runs on proof.

No per-client nickel-and-diming and no feature maze. Practice includes up to 25 active clients, Clinic includes up to 50, and Custom covers larger or bespoke requirements. Your clients never pay to be coached: their account, wearable sync, and trial history are included in your fee and stay theirs forever, even if you part ways.

Founding pricing is a trade rather than a discount. You lock $99/mo for as long as your membership stays active, and in exchange you commit to about 20 minutes of feedback a month, one consented case study once you have a real client result, and the occasional reference call for a future coach. Skip the commitments and the rate moves to standard. Fair both ways.

06 / Common questions

Coaches FAQ.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Client access is included inside your plan’s active-client allowance, and no invoice lands in a client’s inbox for the privilege of being coached. A client can choose to buy their own Pro membership for self-directed features, but that is optional and never required for coaching.

Is Outliyr giving my clients medical advice?

No. You assign and suggest; the platform reports what your client’s own numbers did, in plain descriptive terms like "sleep onset dropped 12 minutes against her baseline." That is education about their own data. Outliyr doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace medical care, and anything that looks clinical points the client toward a licensed clinician.

Who owns the client’s data?

The client, permanently. Their account is theirs, their history is theirs, and it survives the end of any coaching relationship. If they stop working with you, they keep everything on a free account with the option to upgrade themselves. You never hold their data hostage, and neither do we.

What happens to my workspace if I cancel?

It freezes rather than deletes. Your notes, templates, and outcome history stay intact with read-only export available anytime, and everything restores in full if you come back. Your clients’ accounts are untouched either way.

What counts as an active coaching client?

An active client is linked to your practice and has meaningful coaching activity during the rolling billing period. Archived and inactive records do not count. Practice includes up to 25 active clients, Clinic includes up to 50, and Custom is scoped above 50 or for bespoke requirements. You can see usage before a limit is reached, and crossing one starts an upgrade conversation rather than a surprise overage.

Can my clients hide data from me?

Yes, and that is a feature. Sharing is set category by category on the client’s side. When a client opts a category out, you see a clear notice instead of a silent blank. Clients who trust the boundary share more, and shared data is the only data the platform will ever flag to you.

When does the founding cohort start?

First coaches onboard this fall, and the cohort is capped at 10 coaches. Applying now reserves your locked rate and puts your workflow in front of us while the v1 build is still shapeable. The cohort stays small on purpose: enough coaches to pressure-test the product, few enough that every voice moves it.

10 coaches. $99/mo locked. Every client result, graded.

The founding cohort gets the full Practice workspace for up to 25 active clients at $99/mo, locked for the life of your membership: the five-minute triage queue, churn warnings, and graded verdicts on every protocol you assign. One retained client covers it for the year.

You'll get a personal reply with a few questions about your practice. No newsletter, no drip sequence.
