Delete Your Outliyr Account
You can start account deletion yourself from the Outliyr dashboard or mobile app. You do not need a paid plan or a support ticket.
Open Outliyr→How to request deletion
- Sign in to Outliyr on the web, iPhone, or Android.
- Open Me, then Settings.
- Open Privacy & Security.
- Choose Delete My Account and type DELETE to confirm.
What happens next
- Your dashboard access and new account activity stop immediately.
- Outliyr schedules hard deletion after a 90-day recovery period.
- You can cancel during that period by emailing support@outliyr.com from the email address on your account.
- After the recovery period, Outliyr deletes dashboard-owned account and health records, including covered wearable, lab, journal, trial, scan, and voice-derived records.
- Limited billing, tax, security, audit, legal-hold, and rotating backup records may remain when required or permitted.
Cannot access your account?
Email support@outliyr.com from your account email. Do not include health details in the message. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
